Pork Tenderloin butterflyed and stuffed with green apple, jalapeno and onion mixture. Wrapped in bacon and smoked or baked to perfection.

Smoked Brisket is the quintessential meat to have for any event. From your backyard BBQ to your next tailgate, this smoked meat does not disappoint. Served sliced or chopped and with or without BBQ sauce.
Baked Ziti
This is hearty baked pasta dish that will stick to your ribs. Served with a rich marinara sauce and can include meatballs or italian ground sausage. Topped with Parmesean cheese.

When you think about Mac N Cheese, does the word "decadent" come to mind? Well trying this tray will definiely change your mind. We use Smoked Gouda, Sharp Cheddar and a blend of herbs and spices and add a light smoke and crust to give it a crunch.

This side dish pairs well with beef, chicken, fish, well everything including the kitchen sink. Roasted to tenderness with a slight crust on the outside, drizzled off with a balsamic glaze.
